Q1: Are your jerseys official or replicas?
We offer high-quality official-style football jerseys that replicate the look and feel of professional team kits. Each jersey is crafted with premium materials to ensure comfort, durability, and an authentic design.
Q2: Can I customize my jersey?
Yes! You can personalize your jersey with your name, number, or custom design. Please note that customized or personalized items are non-returnable due to their unique nature.
Q3: Do you sell kids' or women’s sizes?
Yes, we provide multiple size options for men, women, and youth. Size guides are available on each product page.
Q4: Are your products brand new?
Absolutely. Every item we ship is 100% brand new, unused, and unwashed, packed securely in its original packaging.
Q5: How do I find my correct size?
You can refer to our Size Chart on each product page or contact us at therelicfc@gmail.com for personalized sizing help.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q6: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide from our facility in Versailles, France. We deliver to football fans everywhere through trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Colissimo.
Q7: What are your shipping options and delivery times?
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders under €80 – delivered in 10–16 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Express Shipping (€7.99) for orders under €80 – delivered in 6–10 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Free Express Shipping on all orders over €80 – delivered in 6–10 business days (Mon–Fri).
Processing takes 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri) after payment confirmation.
Q8: How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Q9: Do you charge customs duties or import taxes?
All prices include French VAT.
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Q10: What if my package is damaged or lost?
If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
Always use a trackable courier for any return shipments.
Q11: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once the order has been processed or shipped, address changes may not be possible.
PAYMENTS
Q12: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure payment options:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Cartes Bancaires
- Digital Wallets: PayPal, Shop Pay, Klarna, USDC
All payments are securely processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
Q13: In which currency will I be charged?
All transactions are processed in Euros (€).
If you pay using another currency, your bank will automatically convert it at their current exchange rate.
Q14: Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We use SSL encryption and never store your credit card details.
Your financial data is always handled by trusted payment partners like PayPal, Klarna, and Shop Pay.
Q15: What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, you’ll be notified right away.
You can retry using the same or another method. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Q16: Can I cancel my order after paying?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
After 12 hours, orders are usually processed or shipped.
If the order has already shipped, you can still return it after delivery following our Return & Refund Policy.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q17: Do you accept returns?
Yes. We gladly accept returns within 14 business days (Mon–Fri) from the delivery date.
Q18: What are the conditions for return?
Items must be:
- New, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- With all tags and labels attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
Used, damaged, or worn items cannot be returned.
Q19: How do I start a return?
- Email us at therelicfc@gmail.com within 14 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Include your order number, name, and reason for return.
- Once verified, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

Pack your item securely and ship it to our return address.

Q20: Who pays for return shipping?
- If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, RELIC FC covers the return cost.
- If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Q21: How long does a refund take?
Once your returned item is received and approved, refunds are issued within 7 business days (Mon–Fri) to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5 business days for the amount to appear.
Q22: Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred size or design.
Q23: What items are non-returnable?
- Customized or personalized jerseys
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Digital/downloadable products
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Q24: Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We deliver to most countries worldwide.
If your location is restricted, you’ll be notified at checkout.
Q25: Are import duties refundable?
Unfortunately, import taxes and customs duties are non-refundable, even if you return your order.
Please mark your return parcel clearly as “Return – No Commercial Value” to avoid customs delays.
