Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled but can be returned per our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation Window / Time Frame
- Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it.
- After 12 hours, the order may be processed, packaged, or shipped, making cancellation impossible.

- Partial cancellations (cancelling one or more items in a multi-item order) may be allowed if the remaining items have not been shipped.

- Refunds for partially cancelled items follow the same timeline as standard cancellations.
6. Orders Already Shipped
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Shipped orders can be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- Pre-order items may be cancelled before shipment only.
- Payment for pre-orders is collected at checkout (unless otherwise specified).

- Any customs duties, import taxes, or bank fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
- Refunds for international orders are issued in Euros (€) to the original payment method.
