2. Payment Timing

Payment is generally collected at checkout for all orders.
For some methods (e.g., Klarna), payment may be authorized immediately but collected later, depending on the chosen plan.
Orders are only processed once payment is successfully completed.

3. Currency & International Payments

All prices are displayed in Euros (€).
For international customers, your bank may convert the currency at its exchange rate.
Any bank conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Payment Security

All transactions are encrypted with SSL technology.
RELIC FC does not store card details.
Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways (PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay).

5. Fraud Prevention & Verification

To protect you and prevent fraud, some transactions may require additional verification:

Orders may be temporarily held if unusual or suspicious activity is detected.
We may contact you via email or phone to verify your identity, billing information, or shipping address.
In some cases, additional documentation may be requested (e.g., photo ID, proof of address) before processing your order.
These measures ensure that payments are legitimate and protect both the customer and RELIC FC from unauthorized transactions.

6. Failed Payment Handling

If a payment fails, the customer is notified immediately.
You may retry the payment with the same or a different method.
Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

7. Pre-Orders & Special Payments

Pre-order items may be charged at checkout or as specified.
Items will ship when available.
Refunds and cancellations follow the Return & Refund Policy.

8. Payment Confirmation

After successful payment, an email confirmation is sent with order details.
This serves as proof of payment and confirms that your order is secured.

9. Refunds & Returns

Refunds follow the Return & Refund Policy.
Issued to the original payment method within 7 business days (Mon-Fri).

10. Taxes, Duties & Additional Charges

Prices include VAT applicable in France.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or bank fees.

11. Third-Party Payment Processors

PayPal, Klarna, and Shop Pay process all payments securely.
RELIC FC does not store sensitive payment information.

12. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

Most disputes can be resolved directly without initiating chargebacks.

13. Recurring Payments / Subscriptions (If Applicable)

Automatic charges follow the agreed schedule.
Customers can manage subscriptions through their account or by contacting support.

Use secure internet connections when paying.
Avoid public Wi-Fi.

15. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
After 12 hours, cancellation may not be possible; shipped orders can still be returned per Return & Refund Policy.
