  • Clearance or final sale items

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled but can be returned per our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation Window / Time Frame

  • Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it.
  • After 12 hours, the order may be processed, packaged, or shipped, making cancellation impossible.

  • Partial cancellations (cancelling one or more items in a multi-item order) may be allowed if the remaining items have not been shipped.

  • Refunds for partially cancelled items follow the same timeline as standard cancellations.

6. Orders Already Shipped

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Shipped orders can be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
